Like leading choral organizations Conspirare (Austin, TX) and VocalEssence (Minneapolis, MN), The Oriana Singers comprise a family of voices, with a professional core ensemble fostering and drawing upon a larger constellation of performers called The Oriana Vocal Collection for major collaborative works. Ensembles incubated by The Oriana Singers and Bill Chin include The Rookery (men’s choir) and City Voices (community chorus). Collaboratively and independently, these groups share fiscal agency with The Oriana Singers and access vocal coaching, rehearsal space, score preparation, and marketing resources together. Overall, some 70 singers from the Chicago area find peak musical experiences and resonant connections with audiences through The Oriana Singers.
